Overview
Arboré is a modular coffee pavilion designed for high-traffic movement corridors in airports and shopping centres. Its signature parametric “tree” canopy creates a striking landmark that guides travelers to a fresh-food oasis, while a wraparound service counter delivers efficient, 360° ordering and pickup.
Design Concept
Way-finding Canopy
A sculptural overhead “tree” of laminated timber branches and stainless-steel collars marks the café in busy concourses. Its sweeping form not only shelters baristas and guests, but also acts as an intuitive beacon in long sightlines.Modular Kit-of-Parts
Prefabricated timber pods, stainless-steel supports and counter modules slot together on a universal baseplate. This allows rapid assembly, disassembly and relocation across multiple sites without custom rework.Seamless Flow
The continuous bar wraps guests from “Order Here” through “Gather Here” to “Collect Here,” minimizing queuing and maximizing turnover. Integrated LED strips under the counter edge articulate each service zone.
